Find calm in the rhythm of your days
Privacy Policy
Solace Wave is built for moments of stillness — a place to shape life chapters, nurture small habits, mark turning points, and hold private thoughts without turning them into someone else's product. Below is what the app may access on your device, what stays with you by default, and what we refuse to monetize.

- Open the tide without an account Shape phases, log habits, and record milestones on your iPhone — the full experience needs no sign-up.
- Your shore, your records Personal notes, custom labels, and daily reflections never feed advertising networks.
- No trading in your inner world We do not sell, lease, or share the life-cycle data and images you keep inside Solace Wave.
Scope of This Policy
This document covers the Solace Wave app distributed on the Apple App Store and the read-only content delivered through this site's public API. It speaks to people who use the app and visitors reading this page.
What We Collect
Solace Wave never asks for your legal name, email, phone number, home address, government ID, or payment information to unlock its core tools for phases, habits, and milestones.
Titles you assign, streak counts, anniversary dates, and journal fragments you write are stored locally for your eyes only. That material is not harvested for ad targeting or sold to data brokers.
When the app pulls shared wording — onboarding slides, phase starters, or placeholder hints — it may request public JSON from this domain. Those files carry generic text, not the details of your personal journey.
Device Permissions
If you add a photo to a milestone or switch on soft reminders, Solace Wave may ask for photo-library or notification access — only after you enable the feature. Camera, microphone, contacts, and location remain untouched unless a future update clearly requires them and this page is revised.
Standard iOS storage and network access support optional templates and updates. Crash reports you send to Apple fall under Apple's own privacy rules.
Service Providers
Hosting partners run this policy page and our public API. They maintain server logs required to keep the service online, governed by their own privacy practices.
Should we introduce analytics or support tooling later, we will name those vendors here and restrict collection to what each tool genuinely needs.
Young Users
Solace Wave is not designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If a child submitted data in error, reach out through App Store support and we will assist with removal where feasible.
How Long Data Lives
Phase maps and journal entries inside Solace Wave remain under your control on your device. Remove individual items in the app or uninstall Solace Wave to clear local storage entirely.
We apply reasonable safeguards to hosted pages and APIs. No system is flawless — treat sensitive reflections with the same discretion you would a handwritten diary.
Your Controls
You can stop using Solace Wave whenever you choose. Disable photo, notification, or network permissions in iOS Settings for an offline flow where the app allows it.
For requests to access, correct, or delete data we directly manage, use the support channel listed on the App Store product page.
Revisions
We may update this policy as Solace Wave evolves or regulations shift. The date at the top marks substantive changes. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised terms where the law permits.
